Yes — every technician at JC Reliable either already holds a Certified Pool Operator credential or is actively completing the required training. This ensures your pool is serviced with the proper knowledge, safety standards, and professional expertise

Will I have the same technician each week?

We know consistency matters. Our goal is to keep the same technician assigned to your pool each week so they learn your system, spot changes quickly, and maintain a smooth, reliable service routine. If a schedule change ever occurs, we’ll always communicate it clearly.

Do you offer an online portal with autopay options?

Yes — we provide a customer portal where you can view and pay invoices, manage autopay, update your account details, and communicate with us directly. It keeps everything organized and makes managing your service simple.

Will I receive a service update after each visit?

Yes — after every weekly service, you’ll get a detailed notification that includes a time‑stamped photo, chemical readings, chemicals added, tasks completed, and any notes your technician wants you to be aware of. You’ll always know exactly what was done.

Do your technicians add water if the pool level is low?

If our technician notices that your pool’s water level has dropped, they’ll protect your system first by adjusting the skimmer valve so the pump doesn’t lose prime. You’ll be notified during the visit or in your service report, and if you have a hose timer available, we’ll use it to safely begin refilling.

How long should I wait to swim after chemicals are added?

For standard water‑balancing chemicals, we recommend waiting about 20 minutes to an hour before using the pool. If the pool requires a shock treatment, you should wait a full 24 hours. If your pool ever needs shocking or isn’t safe to swim, your technician will notify you right away and include the details in your service report.
